Signs of the End of Days

'¹⁶And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt." (KJV)

¹⁹"The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly." (KJV)

²⁵"Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised; " (KJV)

²⁶"Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness: for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart." (KJV)

²⁹"For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts." (KJV)

'¹¹For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.' (KJV)

'²⁸Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.' (KJV)

³'And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.'

There will be four different beasts.

¹⁷'These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.'

²⁵'And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.'

⁴But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

¹'Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;'

¹⁰'The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:'

¹¹'And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?'

³⁰'And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. '

³¹'The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.'

⁸And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.(KJV)

²For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.(KJV)

³Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.(KJV)

⁴And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.(KJV)

¹For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

⁵For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

¹²'But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. '

¹³'Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. '

³⁰'And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'

⁴¹'Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:'

⁴⁶'And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.'

⁴⁶'The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.'

⁴⁷'And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.'

⁴⁸'But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.'

⁴⁹'I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

⁵¹'Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:'

⁵²'For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.'

⁵³'The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.'

²⁵'When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:'

²⁶'Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.'

²⁷'But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.'

²⁸'There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.'

²⁹'And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.'

³⁰'And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. '

²³And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

²⁴'For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.'

²⁶'And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.'

²⁷'They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.'

²⁸'Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;'

²⁹'But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.'

³⁰'Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.'

³¹'In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.'

³²'Remember Lot's wife.'

³³'Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.'

³⁴'I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.'

³⁵'Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.'

³⁶'Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.'

²⁹'For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.'

³⁰'Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.'

¹'But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

²'For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

¹'This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.'

²'For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,'

³'Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,'

⁴'Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;'

⁵'Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.'

⁶'For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,'

⁷'Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.'

¹²'Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.'

¹³'But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.'

¹⁴'But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;'

¹⁵'And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.'

³'For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;'

⁴'And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.'

³'Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

⁴'And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

⁵'For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

⁶'Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

⁷'But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

⁸'But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

⁹'The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

¹⁰'But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

¹¹'Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

¹²'Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

¹³'Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

The king of this kingdom shall think to be God or the son of God or to have the power to forgive sin.

³'So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.'

Jeremiah 6:2 'I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate woman.'
